Delete your data

This page explains how to delete your information from Wick: Bible & Quiet Time, published by Cornerstone Global LLC.

Everything on your phone

Your reading progress, notes, saved verses, highlights, settings and PIN are stored only on your phone. To delete them:

• In Wick, open Settings → Erase everything, or on the lock screen tap Forgot PIN? and choose to erase and start over.
• Or delete the app. Its data is deleted with it.

We never receive this information, so there is nothing more to delete on our side.

Live gatherings

Your nickname, voice and the random phone ID used in a gathering are not stored after the call, and nothing is recorded. Two things may be kept:

• Ban list: if a host banned your phone, its random ID and nickname stay on the ban list until a host lifts the ban.
• Reports: if someone reported you, the report (nickname, phone ID, gathering and reason) is kept so leaders can act on it. Reports are deleted after 90 days.

Leaders

If you are a leader, we store your email address so you can sign in. To delete it, ask the owner to remove you as a leader, or email us. Removing it signs you out on every phone.

Ask us to delete data

Email admin@cornerstoneglobalteam.com with the subject “Delete my Wick data”. Tell us your leader email (if you are a leader) or the nickname and approximate date of the gathering. We delete the matching ban entries, reports or leader email within 30 days and confirm by email.
