Common questions

Do I need an account or internet connection?
No. Every book is stored on your phone and works offline. No account or sign-in is needed.

How do I make the text bigger or smaller?
While reading, tap A+ or A− at the top of the page. Your choice is remembered for every book.

How do I rearrange my shelf?
Hold any book until it lifts, then drag it to a new spot. You can also tap Edit, drag books around, and tap Done.

What is Favorites?
Favorites is a separate shelf for the books you love, opened with a PIN. The first time you tap Favorites, you choose a PIN. You can also choose a second PIN, which opens a different Favorites with a few everyday books. Inside Favorites, tap + Add to choose books from your shelf, or Back to shelf to return one.

I forgot my Favorites PIN.
On the Favorites keypad, tap Forgot PIN? and then Reset library. Every book goes back on the shelf, and you can choose a new PIN. We cannot see or recover your PIN, because it is stored only on your phone.

Why does a PIN show an empty Favorites?
A PIN that isn't one of yours opens an empty Favorites. Check that you are entering the PIN you chose.

Can I get my books back if I delete the app?
The books themselves come back when you reinstall. Your shelf order, Favorites and reading progress are stored only on your phone, so they are removed when the app is deleted.

How do I remove a prayer request or story I submitted?
Email us with the approximate date and the first few words, and we will remove it.

How do I report a post?
Tap Report on the post. It is hidden right away until a moderator reviews it.
